OYO acquires Chennai’s Novascotia Boutique Homes

While OYO company executives declined to furnish the financial terms of the acquisition, the SoftBank Group-backed company is believed to have shelled out about $1 million (about Rs 6.71 crore) to acquire Novascotia.
