Ratnagiri refinery: Dharmendra Pradhan says open to offer majority stake

Saudi Aramco has reportedly sought majority stakes in the refinery-cum-petrochemical complex for which Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum have inked an agreement.
