Manipal group in talks to buy AMRI from Emami for up to Rs 1,000 crore

Emami is looking for a valuation of Rs 800-1,000 crore for the hospital chain. Investment bank Avendus Capital is advising the AMRI promoters to find a buyer, the sources said.
