Johnson & Johnson moves Delhi High Court against government orders to compensate faulty hip implant patients

J&J’s move comes nearly two weeks after the health ministry approved a formula that would be used to calculate how much each patient should be compensated, based on their age and the level of disability they have suffered due to the hip implants.
