With these moves, says Saban, the group has “assembled a staff comprised of world-renowned, respected, and proven Latin music hitmakers.”
Throughout her career, Leyva has held executive positions at Universal Music Group [2,700 articles]” href=”https://www.musicbusinessworldwide.com/companies/universal-music-group/”>Universal Music Latin Entertainment, NBC Universal, and, most recently, Sony Music Entertainment [1,177 articles]” href=”https://www.musicbusinessworldwide.com/companies/sony/sony-music-group/sony-music-entertainment/”>Sony Music US Latin.
At Sony Music US Latin, she worked with stars such as Becky G, Natti Natasha, Jennifer Lopez, and REIK.
She also powered various Diversity and Inclusion programs.
Born in Puerto Rico, Brito co-founded Good Family Group, which managed producers and songwriters such as Latin GRAMMY Award winners Jon The Producer and Palace.
He is well experienced in A&R and publishing, serving as the Director of Publishing for Rimas Publishing.

Saban Music launched its Latin division in February 2022, and appointed the executive Alejandro Reglero as its head.
SMG ended 2021 with the reggaeton star Don Omar scoring a No.1 on Latin radio for three weeks with his single Se Menea.
The company struck a strategic partnership deal with Don Omar in 2021.
The SMG roster also includes Puerto Rican artist Chesca, whose biggest single to date, Te Quiero Baby Ft. Pitbull and Frankie Valli, hit No.1 on the Latin All, Latin Pop, and Latin Rhythm charts.
Saban Music Latin’s aims, it says, is to provide a “commitment to Latin music” through signing more acts to its 360 model, strategic artist partnerships, publishing, branding, gaming, and moves into the NFT space.
