NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Fitch Ratings has resolved the Rating Watch Negative and affirmed the notes issued under the Massachusetts Educational Finance Authority (MEFA) Issue I at ‘Asf’. The Rating Outlook for all of the notes is Stable.
