India wants to double consumption of cheap material in 5 yrs, what about its plastic waste?

As per a 2013 estimate by the Central Pollution Control Board, Indians throw out 15,342 tonnes of plastic waste every day, of which about 60% is recycled, most of it in the informal sector.
