NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) has published a comment on the effect of hurricanes Harvey and Irma upon the bond insurers. KBRA sees no rating impact on the bond insurers it rates from the effects of Harvey and Irma. Natural disasters have not led to increasing defaults in the past although they can contribute to financial strain and downgrades.
