Taj Mansingh: Why bigwigs have stayed away from auction

NDMC chairman Naresh Kumar said, “As per the tender conditions, at least three bids are required to fulfil the criteria (of conducting an auction). However, we received a single bid for Taj Mansingh, so the council will conduct the bidding again.”
